Let the day melt away and ease into your evening with Evening Wind-Down Yoga—a calming, nurturing practice designed to support your body and mind in transitioning from the busyness of the day into deep rest.

  • Gentle movement

  • Deep relaxation to prepare for restful sleep

  • Every other Thursday, starting April 24

  • 6:30 PM – 7:45 PM

  • $25 per session
